There are very few absolutes in the automotive world especially when it comes to mods/accessories but I believe in these two: 1 every car is improved with the addition of rally lights. 2. Every car is ruined with the addition of Truck Nutz

I actually like those mods, minus the truck nuts. Despite the mismatched tires, I like that package - updating to newer, nicer OEM wheels is classy as fuck on any car. I love the color, and the matching spoiler and mud flaps are subtle and tasteful. Also I believe those badges are off a later model. Overall, thats a pretty well done Accord. Minus the balls.

This was in a very sad shopping center where my wife does Zumba, there is a Save A Lot, a Goodwill store and an Aarons...so that should tell you something.

Even with the truck nuts, it's still classier than many modified Honda Accords. I'm just glad to see it's not covered in tribal graphics and aftermarket manufacturer decals, with a non functional hood scoop and stretched tires... This is definitely easier on the eyes.
